Brooks serves as the Managing Partner of La Tierra Realty. He previously worked for Downstream Investments, the family office of La Tierra’s co-founder Kam Kronenberg, where he was responsible for all aspects of new project originations, underwriting, financing, and asset management. Charles Larkam III is the Chief of Staff at La Tierra, where he plays a pivotal role in assisting Managing Partner Brooks Willig in overseeing the firm’s investments and development projects. His career in real estate began with two years in residential real estate in Austin, after which he spent two years in Dallas as a multifamily broker. In 2019, Charles interned for Brooks Willig at La Tierra, where he gained valuable experience by sourcing and assisting in a major ranchette development project. An Austin native, Charles has a deep passion for the growth and development of central Texas while maintaining a goal to preserve its charm. Caleb Barton

As an eighth generation Texan and Austin native, Caleb has experienced the growth and expansion of the Central Texas Hill Country firsthand. Caleb spent his youth hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors on his family ranches outside of Lohn and Millican, Texas before attending Baylor University in Waco, Texas. After graduating with a degree in Finance and a focus in Real Estate, he spent several years in ranch brokerage before finding his fit in land acquisition and development here at La Tierra. Caleb offers his experience to buyers and sellers in various real estate markets across the state including the Austin-Hill Country, Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Houston, Bryan-College Station, and Waco submarkets, among others.
